These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CLYFF's website, profiles, waitlist, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CLYFF is an early-stage validation service. Features, availability, and the way information is collected or presented may change. The Service may include examples, waitlist information, or illustrative career directions that are not live opportunities. We do not promise that any opportunity, introduction, match, assignment, income, career transition, or outcome will be available.

CLYFF is exploring how people's transferable capabilities may be useful in other professional contexts. CLYFF is not a job board, staffing agency, employer, freelance marketplace, career coach, training provider, background-check provider, or guarantor of any person or business. CLYFF does not make employment decisions or represent that any person is qualified for a particular role.

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, current, and not misleading. Do not submit another person's information without permission. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly at info@origincotech.com if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit. You grant Origin & Co LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, and evaluate the Service. Do not submit confidential business information, restricted personal data, or content you do not have the right to share.

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access information or accounts without authorization, submit unlawful or infringing content, impersonate another person or organization, or use the Service to discriminate, harass, exploit, or deceive others.

Any future opportunity or business need shown through CLYFF is subject to separate discussion and agreement between the relevant parties. CLYFF does not currently process payments through the Service, act as a party to work arrangements, or guarantee work quality, payment, safety, availability, or suitability. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining any advice you need before entering an arrangement.

The Service, including its design, text, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Origin & Co LLC and is protected by applicable law. Except as these Terms allow, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origin & Co LLC disclaims warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origin & Co LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
