End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Origin & Co LLC, Missouri, United States. By accessing or using CLYFF, you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CLYFF.

Subject to this EULA, Origin & Co LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use CLYFF for its intended purpose. This license does not transfer ownership of any software, content, or intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, bypass security for, or use CLYFF in a way that violates law or the rights of others. You may not use CLYFF to build or support a competing service without our written permission.

CLYFF is a beta-stage service that may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may issue updates, modifications, or replacements without notice. We do not guarantee that CLYFF will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be available at any particular time.

You are responsible for content and information you submit through CLYFF. You grant the limited license described in the Terms of Use so we can operate and evaluate the Service. You must not submit information that you do not have permission to share.

CLYFF and all associated software, branding, designs, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Origin & Co LLC. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved.

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under it end automatically if you violate it. Origin & Co LLC may suspend or terminate your access at any time. On termination, you must stop using CLYFF.

CLYFF is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origin & Co LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of CLYFF.
